VOLUPTAI AI Chat uses a third-party AI provider to generate conversational responses. When you send a chat message, the message, selected fictional companion information, language, and limited recent conversation context may be transmitted to that provider for processing. Users should not submit passwords, financial information, government identification, medical records, private authentication codes, or other sensitive personal information through the AI Chat.

AI-generated replies may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or fictional. The AI Chat is intended for adult entertainment and fictional conversation, not professional advice.

Custom AI Girlfriend Creator and Image Generation

When you use the Custom AI Girlfriend Creator, the selections and optional text you submit may be converted into structured instructions or prompts used to generate a fictional adult character profile, explicit adult fantasy context, image, and related interactive experience.

Information reasonably necessary to perform character or image generation may be transmitted to a third-party artificial-intelligence processing provider. This may include selected adult age, appearance, body and style attributes, personality, relationship or fantasy settings, outfit, scene, mood, and limited prompt text derived from your selections.

Generated images and associated character settings may be stored by VOLUPTAI where needed to display, save, regenerate, manage, or restore a custom character. Do not use free-text Creator fields to submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, confidential information, unnecessary sensitive personal data, or information about an identifiable real person that you do not have the right to provide.

Chat Memory, Browser Storage, and Usage Limits

To support conversation continuity, VOLUPTAI may temporarily keep a limited number of recent chat messages on the website server. Under the current chat configuration, server-side recent conversation context is retained temporarily for approximately 12 hours and is then eligible to expire automatically.

The AI Chat also uses browser local storage to remember items such as age confirmation, language preference, selected companion, temporary session identifiers, and a limited local copy of recent conversation history. Browser-stored data may remain until it is removed by the user, cleared by the browser, or deleted by a relevant chat action such as starting a new match.

Short-lived technical counters may also be used to enforce daily, hourly, generation, regeneration, chat, and site-wide free-use limits. Guest rate limiting may rely on a one-way hashed identifier derived from technical connection information such as IP address and browser user-agent, rather than storing that combined identifier in readable form.

AI-Generated Content Context

VOLUPTAI publishes fictional AI-generated or AI-assisted video content, operates AI Chat companions, and provides a Custom AI Girlfriend Creator. The digital personas, generated character images, portraits, names, ages, scenes, custom profiles, and conversational identities displayed on the website are synthetic creations and are not presented as real private individuals, real-world documentary footage, or real performances.

Third-Party Services and External Links

VOLUPTAI may use third-party providers for AI processing, AI image generation, chat processing, hosting, content delivery, video playback, security, email handling, analytics, affiliate tracking, advertising, or future payment processing. Some hosting, AI processing, delivery, email, analytics, affiliate, or other service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, appropriate contractual, organizational, or legal safeguards should be used for international transfers.
