01. What You Can Report

Reports may concern, among other things:

• Unintended or disputed resemblance to an identifiable real person.
• Privacy, publicity, personality, image, or likeness concerns.
• Non-consensual sexualized representation or sexual impersonation.
• Potentially unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or prohibited content.
• Potential underage or ambiguously aged sexual content.
• Copyright or other intellectual-property concerns.
• AI Chat output, Custom AI Girlfriend output, generated character images, or account activity that appears to violate platform rules.

02. How to Submit a Complaint

Use the official Contact page or email contact@voluptai.com.

Use a clear subject such as Content Review Request, Likeness Concern, or Safety Report so the request can be routed appropriately.

03. Information to Include

Where available, provide:

• The exact VOLUPTAI URL or enough information to locate the material.
• A description of the content or AI Chat issue being reported.
• The legal, safety, privacy, consent, or rights concern.
• Your relationship to the affected person or rights holder, where relevant.
• Supporting information reasonably necessary to evaluate the complaint.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, unnecessary government identifiers, or unrelated sensitive information.

04. Custom AI Girlfriend Creator Complaints

For a concern involving the Custom AI Girlfriend Creator, provide the custom character name if known, approximate date and time of generation, the relevant generated image or screenshot, and enough information to identify the character or output at issue.

Creator-related complaints may include concerns about apparent age, real-person resemblance, privacy, consent, sexual impersonation, intellectual property, prohibited content, or another legitimate rights or safety issue.

Do not include account passwords, full payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive personal information with a complaint.

05. Real-Person Likeness and Consent Concerns

VOLUPTAI does not intentionally publish adult content that is presented as depicting an identifiable real person without appropriate rights or authorization.

If you believe fictional or synthetic content materially resembles you or another identifiable person in a way that creates a legitimate rights, consent, privacy, or impersonation concern, submit a review request with the relevant URL and explanation.

06. Minor and Age-Related Reports

VOLUPTAI prohibits sexual content involving minors and prohibits fictional sexual characters presented as minors or ambiguously aged. All fictional adult personas, AI Chat companions, and Custom AI Girlfriend characters are intended to represent adults aged 18 or older.

Reports raising a credible minor-safety or age concern may receive priority review and content may be restricted while the concern is assessed.

07. Non-Consensual and Illegal Content

VOLUPTAI does not permit the service to be used to facilitate or promote unlawful sexual exploitation, trafficking, sexual abuse, non-consensual sexual activity, or other illegal sexual content.

Where a report credibly indicates illegal material or an immediate safety issue, VOLUPTAI may restrict access, preserve relevant information, and take other appropriate steps consistent with applicable law and platform obligations.

08. Copyright and DMCA Reports

Copyright complaints should follow the dedicated Copyright & DMCA Takedown Policy .

A complaint may involve both copyright and non-copyright concerns. VOLUPTAI may review each issue under the process most relevant to the claim.

09. Temporary Restriction During Review

VOLUPTAI may temporarily restrict, unlist, disable, or otherwise limit access to material, a generated character, an image, or relevant Creator functionality while a credible complaint is investigated. A temporary restriction does not by itself establish that a violation occurred.

10. Review Outcomes

Depending on the circumstances, review may result in:

• No action where the complaint is unsupported.
• Correction of labeling, metadata, or contextual information.
• Restriction, removal, replacement, or disabling of content.
• Account restrictions, Creator restrictions, or feature limitations.
• Referral to a payment, hosting, AI, or other service provider where relevant.

11. Good-Faith Review

VOLUPTAI evaluates complaints in good faith based on the information reasonably available. We may request clarification or additional information where necessary to identify the material, verify a claim, or assess the appropriate response.

12. Abuse of the Reporting Process

Knowingly false, fraudulent, impersonating, harassing, automated, or abusive reports may be rejected. VOLUPTAI may take reasonable measures to protect the reporting system from misuse.

13. Privacy of Reports

Complaint information is handled only as reasonably necessary to investigate, document, respond to, or comply with the report and applicable legal obligations. Information may be shared with relevant service providers, rights holders, advisers, or authorities where necessary or legally required.

14. Reconsideration

If you believe a material review decision was based on incomplete or incorrect information, you may request reconsideration and provide relevant additional information. Repeated requests without new information may not receive a separate substantive review.
