VOLUPTAI publishes fictional AI-generated, AI-assisted, computer-generated, or digitally created adult videos, images, personas, scenes, Custom AI Girlfriend profiles, generated character images, and related visual material.

VOLUPTAI does not present its fictional digital personas or user-configured custom characters as actual human performers participating in the depicted fictional scenes.

02. No Actual Human Performers Represented

Based on the nature of the content currently produced and published by VOLUPTAI, its fictional AI-generated adult personas and Custom AI Girlfriend outputs are not presented as actual human performers depicted engaging in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.

AI Chat companions and custom generated characters are likewise fictional digital personas. Their names, displayed ages, portraits, biographies, personalities, generated images, and conversations are synthetic entertainment attributes and are not performer identification records.

03. Record-Keeping Scope

18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and related federal regulations establish record-keeping, age-verification, and disclosure requirements for specified visual depictions involving actual human performers.

Because current VOLUPTAI adult visual content is represented as synthetic and fictional rather than as performances by actual human beings, VOLUPTAI does not maintain fictional AI persona profiles or custom AI-generated character profiles as though those personas were performer identification records.

04. Future Applicable Content

If VOLUPTAI later publishes material involving actual human performers that falls within applicable performer-verification, identification, record-keeping, labeling, or disclosure requirements, the relevant records and disclosures will be maintained or provided as required by applicable law.

05. Adult Character Standard

All VOLUPTAI fictional adult personas, AI Chat companions, and Custom AI Girlfriend characters are designed, presented, and intended to represent adults aged 18 or older.

The Creator requires an adult age. VOLUPTAI prohibits sexual content involving minors and prohibits ambiguously aged fictional sexual characters or attempts to circumvent age-related controls.

06. Custom AI Girlfriend Creator

The Custom AI Girlfriend Creator allows users to configure fictional adult-character attributes, explicit adult fantasy settings, and synthetic AI-generated character images. Character settings, prompts, generated images, and related technical records may be retained where reasonably necessary for service operation, abuse prevention, complaint review, rights protection, or legal compliance.

This operational retention does not convert a fictional AI character into an actual human performer and does not substitute for any record-keeping obligation that may apply if the nature of the content or applicable law changes.

07. Real-Person and Likeness Concerns

VOLUPTAI does not intentionally publish adult content that is presented as depicting an identifiable real person without appropriate rights or authorization.

Any person who believes VOLUPTAI content or a generated custom character improperly resembles, depicts, sexually impersonates, or otherwise affects their rights may use the Complaints & Content Removal process.
