VOLUPTAI may rely on third-party providers for AI processing, AI image generation, chat processing, hosting, media delivery, security, email, analytics, affiliate services, or other website functionality. AI Chat messages, recent conversation context, and character-generation instructions derived from Creator selections may be transmitted to third-party AI providers to generate replies or images. Third-party services are subject to their own availability, technical limitations, terms, and privacy practices.

12. Availability and Changes

VOLUPTAI may update, remove, restrict, reorganize, or modify content, AI companions, Creator attributes, image-generation systems, chat features, categories, access conditions, usage limits, account functionality, or website features at any time for quality, compliance, security, performance, editorial, or operational reasons.

13. No Warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VOLUPTAI is provided on an “as available” basis.
